Michele manages the statewide environmental hotline for the Environmental Management Assistance Program (EMAP), providing confidential assistance to small businesses with environmental questions or concerns. Michele is also responsible for marketing EMAP; she produces the program’s publications and manages the website.

Michele received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Master of Environmental Studies degree in Resource Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
