The Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) offer a variety of educational events and workshops all across the state to address the many needs of small businesses.

One of the most popular workshops we offer, the First Step: Starting a Business, is a great place to begin for those looking to start a business.

  • By Date - Click on the month or date  to see on the calendar and events will appear for that date range only.
  • By Center - Choose your local Center to view upcoming workshops being hosted by that specific SBDC. (To find your closest SBDC, please click here.)
  • By Topic - Choose a specific topic to see future workshops for that particular topic.

You may also combine searches by selecting multiple categories at the same time.

Funding support and resources are provided through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration, by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through the Department of Community & Economic Development and through support from the host institutions. All services are extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis. Special arrangements for persons with disabilities can be made by calling the SBDC directly.
