CMC: OSHA Regulations

This module is not available as a stand alone course as it is part of a series that entails a $2500 fee. The OSHA regulations course is designed specifically for Construction Industry workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces in the industry. The course also provides information regarding workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to process and file complaints when necessary. The course promotes the major objectives stipulated by OSHA and ensures that workers in the construction industry are more knowledgeable about workplace hazards and their rights. The course is ideal for construction contractors, independent contractors engaged in the construction industry, technically skilled workers engaged in various trades, apprentices, and adult construction workers.
